Legal disclaimer
Effective date: 3 July 2026
1. Elerion is not a law firm and does not give legal advice
Elerion is an AI mediation service operated by Mylo Prime LLC ("Elerion", "we", "us", "our"). Elerion is not a law firm, is not a lawyer, and does not practise law. Nothing Elerion says or produces is legal advice, and it should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction.
Using Elerion does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Elerion, Mylo Prime LLC, or anyone associated with it. Because there is no such relationship, none of the protections that come with it — such as attorney-client privilege or a lawyer's professional duties to you — apply to your use of the service. If you need someone to advise you, advocate for you, or represent your individual interests, you should consult your own lawyer.
2. A neutral facilitator that represents no one
Elerion is a neutral mediator. It helps two sides talk through a dispute and, if they reach agreement, put that agreement into writing. It does not take sides, does not advocate for either party, and does not represent you or the other party. Its role is to facilitate a conversation and, where both sides agree, to help capture the result — not to tell you what outcome is best for you.
Because Elerion is neutral, it will not give either side a strategic recommendation, predict who would "win" in court, or tell you whether a deal is a good one for you. Those are exactly the questions a lawyer of your own can help you answer. Attorneys are welcome and encouraged throughout mediation, and you are free to have one review anything before you act on it.
3. Mediation is voluntary and you can stop at any time
Mediation with Elerion is voluntary. You are never obligated to make an offer, accept an offer, or continue. Either party may pause or end the mediation at any time and for any reason, and walking away has no effect on your legal rights or on any other option you may have for resolving the dispute.
A settlement only happens when both parties agree to it. Nothing discussed during mediation is binding on you unless and until you sign a written agreement, and no one can force you to sign.
4. Any agreement is a contract — have a lawyer review it
If both sides reach agreement, Elerion can prepare a written settlement agreement that reflects the terms both parties formally accepted. A signed settlement agreement is a contract. Like any contract, it can create real, enforceable obligations, so you should understand it fully before you sign.
We strongly recommend that you have your own lawyer review any agreement before you sign it. Whether a particular agreement is valid and enforceable — and exactly what it means for you — depends on your specific situation and on the law where you live, which varies from place to place and case to case. Elerion cannot and does not make that judgment for you.
5. No guarantee of outcome or enforceability
Elerion does not promise any particular result. Mediation may or may not lead to a settlement, and we make no guarantee that a dispute will resolve, that the other party will agree, or that any agreement will be honoured, enforced, or upheld if later challenged.
Enforceability varies by situation and by jurisdiction. We do not warrant that any document produced through the service will be enforceable, complete, or suitable for your circumstances. Only a lawyer reviewing your specific facts and local law can advise you on that.
6. AI has limits and can be wrong
Elerion is powered by artificial intelligence. AI systems can misunderstand, omit important details, or produce information that is inaccurate or incomplete, even when it sounds confident and clear. Elerion is a tool to help two people communicate and record an agreement; it is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax, or other advice.
You are responsible for reviewing anything Elerion produces and for deciding what to do with it. Do not rely on Elerion's output as your only source of information for an important decision. When something matters — and a legal dispute usually does — confirm it with a qualified professional before you act.
7. Safety
Elerion is designed for good-faith, voluntary mediation, and it is not appropriate for every situation. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (911 in the United States) right away.
If you are experiencing domestic abuse, or you feel pressured, threatened, or unsafe, you do not have to negotiate. Free, confidential help is available around the clock from the U.S. National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233. Elerion screens for signs of coercion and abuse and can point you to human help or escalate to a person when appropriate, but it is not an emergency service and cannot keep you safe on its own.
8. When you should consult a lawyer
Talking to your own lawyer is always your right, and in many situations it is the wise choice. You should give particular thought to getting legal advice when any of the following is true:
- Before you sign any settlement agreement, so you understand what you are agreeing to.
- When the dispute involves significant money, property, a business, or your home, or anything you cannot easily afford to lose.
- When children, custody, support, or other family-law matters are involved, since courts apply special rules to protect them.
- When there is a deadline, a court case already filed, or a statute of limitations that could affect your rights if you wait.
- When you feel pressured, uncertain, or unequal in the negotiation, or when the other side has a lawyer and you do not.
- When the outcome could affect your immigration status, taxes, benefits, or other legal rights beyond the dispute itself.
Attorneys are welcome and encouraged at every stage of mediation. Bringing one in does not slow Elerion down or work against the process — it helps make sure any agreement you reach is one you understand and are comfortable signing.
