    Elerion sends a calm, neutral invitation. The other party joins their own account and tells their side too.

    You talk in a joint conversation, plus a confidential private room, called a caucus. Elerion carries offers between you.

Where we draw the line
Elerion will refuse to draft an agreement that shouldn't be signed. A separate drafting engine won't write illegal or coercive terms, and won't invent facts. Financial terms come verbatim from the offer both parties formally accepted — never from the chat.

That's okay — mediation is voluntary and you can walk away at any time. Nothing is binding unless you both agree and sign, so there's no risk in trying.
Is this legal advice?
No. Elerion is a neutral mediator, not a law firm, and it does not give legal advice. Attorneys are welcome and encouraged, and Elerion will tell you when it's worth getting one.
Who can see what I say privately?

Can I stop anytime?
