Elerion is built and operated by Mylo Prime LLC. It is a single, proprietary AI mediator — one neutral service, run and maintained in one place, that anyone can hire directly to work through a real dispute with the other party.

We started from a simple observation: the everyday disagreements that most affect people's lives — a deposit that was never returned, work that was never paid for, a co-parenting schedule that stopped working — are usually too small to justify a lawyer and too important to simply let go. The tools built to resolve them were made for institutions, not people. Elerion exists to close that gap.

These are not slogans. Each one is enforced in how the mediator actually behaves, and every one has been tested.

Neutrality

We serve the resolution, not a side. Elerion never advocates for one party against the other. Even-handedness is built into how it works, and it stays neutral even when one side pushes harder than the other.

Privacy

Your dispute is nobody else’s business. Each side gets a private room, called a caucus, and what you share there is not passed to the other party unless you allow it. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Safety

We screen for coercion and signs of domestic abuse, and refer to human help when it is needed — including the U.S. National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233. Mediation is only ever voluntary, and you can walk away at any time.

Honesty

Elerion is not a law firm and does not give legal advice, and it says so plainly. It will not invent facts or draft illegal or coercive terms. Attorneys are always welcome and encouraged to review anything before you sign.

Access

Fair resolution should cost $9, not $9,000. Cost should never be the reason someone gives up on a dispute that matters to them. That is the whole point of Elerion.
